Bank of India (BoI) Planning FPO

Bank of India may come up with a public issue to raise fresh equity and dilute 5 per cent of the government equity. The government holds 69.4 per cent in the bank at present.

The country’s sixth largest bank in terms of assets is also expecting up to 24 per cent loan growth in the current fiscal.
