PORWAL AUTO COMPONENTS LIMITED in the end barely managed to get fully subscribed (1.03 times). Retail investors pitched in most of it (2.44 times). QIB (0.2 times) and Non Institutional (0.48 times) remain unsubscribed.
Hard luck for all those who applied. Let us hope that the issue price is fixed at lower end of offering at Rs. 68-

PRECISION PIPES AND PROFILES COMPANY LTD finally closed with 10.35 times subscription however surprisingly retail investors showing more confidence by putting applications for 18.7 times shares. QIB showed showing lower interest with 5 times subscription.

Transformers and Rectifiers fixed issue price at upper band of offering i.e. at Rs. 465-. The issue was oversubscribed 91.31 times with retail segment 58 times. All allotments will be lottery based.
